SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description
MEDICAL AND SURGICAL EDUCATION LLC dba MEDICAL AND SURGICAL EDUCATION may send recurring automated/autodialed marketing text messages about educational wellness resources to users who separately opt in. The program is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase.
Consent and Enrollment
By selecting the SMS consent checkbox and providing your mobile number, you provide prior express written consent to receive automated/autodialed marketing text messages at that number. You represent that you are the account holder or have permission to enroll the number.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out and Help
Reply STOP to any program message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@medicalandsurgicaleducation.com.
Data Privacy
Your data will not be shared with third parties. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Program Changes
We may modify or end the SMS program. If material terms change, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
Eligibility and Number Changes
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Medical and Surgical Education SMS program.
To opt out, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT. You will receive one confirmation message after opting out. No further program messages will be sent unless you separately opt in again. If you change, transfer, or relinquish your enrolled mobile number, notify support@medicalandsurgicaleducation.com so we can remove it from the program before it is used by another person. Consent does not transfer to a new number holder.
You may revoke SMS consent by any reasonable method, including replying STOP or another clear opt-out request, emailing support@medicalandsurgicaleducation.com, using our Contact Us form, or writing to MEDICAL AND SURGICAL EDUCATION LLC dba MEDICAL AND SURGICAL EDUCATION at 2333 BRICKELL AVE APT D, MIAMI, FL 33129, United States. We honor revocation promptly and no later than ten business days after receipt.
We send program text messages only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the recipient's local time.
