Submitting and Following Up on a Request
Send privacy requests to privacy@medicalandsurgicaleducation.com or use our Contact Us page. Describe the request and provide sufficient information for us to locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, medical records, or government identification through the general contact form. If verification is necessary, we will explain what additional information is needed. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent's authority and any identity verification permitted by applicable law. A privacy request does not enroll you in marketing communications. SMS consent remains separate, and you may cancel text messages by replying STOP. Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and the privacy protections that apply.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a privacy request. We may request proof of authorization and information reasonably necessary to verify identity. We respond to applicable verified requests within 45 days; if an additional 45 days is permitted and needed, we will notify you within the initial period and explain the extension. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@medicalandsurgicaleducation.com with the subject Privacy appeal. Identify your request and explain why it should be reconsidered. We will explain our decision and any further complaint options within the period required by applicable law.
